I knew male insecurity in academia was real, tangible and misogynistic when I watched a clip of Dr. Sarah Parcak showing Dr. Mark Lehner her satellite findings in the desert showing him many unexcavated sites he overlooked, and he sat there with his arms folded, stewing - then marginalized her work.
