The delightful thing about social media is that BOTH the gun nerds AND the TTRPG nerds are in the comments.
It's not in this article but the government asserts that the sandwich was thrown at "point blank range", which implies subway sandwiches have defined effective weapon ranges of varying lethality, and I would like to see the government's chart of these ranges.

1 - As of 2pm today there has been 2 mass casualty events
2 - At least 1 dead, possibly more from the shooting in Grand Blanc
3 - This is also arson/destruction of a place of worship
4 - This is a community connected to Flint, not by itself, and 50 miles from DET
