I’m on Covid day 4, and while some my of symptoms are getting better, I am worried about this brain fog and some vision issues. Do any of y’all have advice? I have a huge fear of developing long covid bc of my preexisting conditions and want to do all the best things for my body that I can rn 💞

Not an alternative view point, but an additional consideration from a survivor - I think we have to be very careful about enforcing coded language of real traumas that society already refuses to acknowledge and discuss. Survivors should not feel ashamed for existing in their truth.

btw part of this being a safe space means it’s also a safe space to discuss hard topics, vent, and express yourself in ways you may not feel able to in other places irl or online esp for survivors who all need different things. we should allow space to be able to do that while balancing safety & TWs
