This thread is great, I don't have a menorah or celebrate but I appreciate the great number of variations and joy shown through all the posts here. It's an easy time in the world to be cynical but stuff like this, the tradition and the comforting positivity, really needs to be highlighted more.

This Diddy doc series is clearly very biased, but there's some shit that becomes very obvious just in the undeniable real footage, he's a very shitty insecure man who desperately wants to be a tough guy and isn't and that failure of masculinity leads him to abusing anyone he successfully can.

Oddly enough it was when me and bunch of my burnout highschool friends randomly ended up at the movie theater late and decided, very high, to catch the midnight showing of "good burger" which there was nobody else in and was the perfect kind of comedy for that vibe. I still think of that shit.

Mine also include The Matrix, Blair Witch, and being way too stoned in Belgium when Fellowship of the Ring was sold out so we sat in the back row for Mulholland Drive instead.

It was hands-down one of the most memorable theater-going experiences I can remember, a collective 30-minute butt-clench/armrest-grab for the final climb. And we knew he lived! Wild.
