Basic adaptability to the situation. If the opposition are exploiting the same thing over and over, change it! Otherwise you're giving your players no chance at all. I like Thelin a lot but we won't put a good run together again until he learns how to adapt during a game.
There's just no adjusting to what the other team are doing. Whether it's a gap in the midfield, or getting done repeatedly on the counter, we rarely change shape to address things
