I'd try something like Robson's 5-4-1 Euro setup.
- It shores up the defence, and allows the wingbacks to really attack without leaving those big gaps in behind.

"The Lionesses" always sounds vaguely sexist and patronising to me. Here's a Spanish newspaper — they call their team "La Roja", same as the men's team. Looks more serious to me, giving equal respect.
