I am trying to figure out if the representatives voting for the SAVE act either are trying to forcibly stop women from voting OR stupid and didn't realize 80% of woman don't have birth certificates that match their ID. I can't see any other category of representative. Dumb or oppressive. #SAVEact

Absentee voting is the ONLY way many mil families, troops, folks in rural areas, etc. can vote. Requiring in-person ID verification suppresses these votes.
