We're still updating our map of SC law enforcement agencies that have volunteered to collaborate with ICE via 287(g) agreements. These agreements, which used to be rare, have increased tenfold in 2025.

The total abortion ban bill is dead. The struggle for our reproductive freedom continues.

Senate Bill 323, which equated abortion with homicide, was rejected by a Senate subcommittee on Nov. 18 after thousands of South Carolinians spoke out against its dangerous and unconstitutional provisions.
