So let’s say Farke is on borrowed time at #lufc — who would replace him? I think I might be more worried by those who would say yes than those who would turn us down. Gerrard is definitely in the former camp

The Harrison for Gudmundson substitution — and the subsequent penalty — could well be Farke’s #lufc epitaph

Happy days — got me a ticket for @thesquareball.net in the Mandela Hall next March. Given I work in Queen’s this is like a double busman’s holiday for me…

Harrison, Gnonto and Bogle can come away from that with some self-respect. The rest? Not so much. Indeed, not at all #lufc

Now in Tel Aviv!

We’re disturbing routine everywhere today because there is nothing normal about our government starving children, bombing civilians, and letting the hostages be killed. We refuse to let them steal our future on this land. We have to end these horrors NOW.

The medical team at #lufc has proven its ability to get players on the pitch for sustained periods. Look at Solomon last season. So if DCL passes his medical, I guess they think there's enough to work with in terms of his minutes for the season ahead. It's a risk like (more ACL than DCL...)

The Campanile in Trinity College Dublin. I remember first seeing it with my mum when I was 7. And then I spent 10 years seeing it, first as a student and then during my first efforts as an early career academic before Goldsmiths’ lured me to London. Time passes, and Trinity remains Trinity
