When Terry Pratchett died it struck me that our door to the world inside his mind was forever closed. Other people could write Discworld books of course, but they would be their own interpretation - not bad but inherently different. I realised each human mind is a unique, limited resource

the only viral post i've made on tumblr was when i said "hey fantasy writers you can just use normal swears, you don't have to write 'shadows take you' if you don't want to" and 50% of the reblogs were like "op hates fun and lacks whimsy 😭 shadows take you goes so hard 🔥🔥🔥"

2xko was neat to me, I had no reason to trash it, but I wasn't turning up for it. I don't have a lot of interest for most current fighting games but, making your whole presence online "this game sucks! I hope it fails" is some lame shit to me.

Still kinda fucks me up about MHA that Toya was just blatantly abused by his dad to the point of near death at an incredibly young age and this basically never gets reconciled and then Horikoshi puts him in an iron lung where he'll die in his mid 20's and they try to make you feel bad for Endeavor.
