I'm wondering if the length issue will be solved by the upcoming movie tie in dlc. I don't know if it will be full levels or just more challenges like the Plankton one.

Always loved this. My brothers and I always used to pack up the wii u to exclusively play smash. Packing the switch around is exponentially easier. It's part of the reason I'm stoked about the steam machine.

As someone who's given up on caring about the awards in an awards show, the trailer part of the show is kind of annoying. I don't even watch anymore. I just wait for the trailers to hit YouTube and watch the ones that interest me.

Game awards/gamescom onl/sgf are frustrating because they condense 5 or 6 shows worth of trailers into one show and sand off anything that wouldn't appeal to a mass audience. What you get is a loud, homogenous collection of super bowl commercials trying to go viral rather than show new games.

There were obvious issues with the organization behind E3, but the tradition of different showcases across an entire week was solid. The hype around one show invited you to step outside your comfort zone and see the other shows
