The only difference between the shooting that just happened and Fruitvale is that Johannes Mesehrle felt comfortable firing into Oscar's back with just his partner present rather than with a big gang of other guys
Jumping in here to point out that most police departments have training that is far more rigorous and rates of use of force that are far far lower than ICE and the CPB. This *isn’t* policing. IMO: It would behoove if folks didn’t conflate them.
