#ICE (Internal Control Extremists) is no longer a legitimate Federal agency. ICE for Trump what the SS (Schutzstaffel) was for Hitler; a paramilitary organization focused on intimidation of dissent by persecution of minorities, assaults and extrajudicial murders without legal accountability.

The fact that ICE officers prevented a doctor from rendering aid after fatally shooting an innocent woman is sick beyond measure.

A friend in Minneapolis just sent me this video. Looks like thousands have come together for a vigil after an ICE agent shot and killed 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good. This was my neighborhood for several years before coming to Portland.

The government is saying that violence rules. That snatching foreign leaders and territories, and shooting US citizens in their cars at point blank range, is justified. That resistance is not only futile, it is dangerous. They can say these things. But they cannot force us to believe them.

This is just about the most pathetically weak statement I’ve seen in a long time from someone who is supposedly on our side. No “its illegal.” No “blatant violation of international law and norms.” No “strongly condemn.” No “dangerous and belligerent military action.” Just “raises questions.” 🤮
President Trump’s actions today with Venezuela raise more questions than answers. Is America going to be involved in running and stabilizing Venezuela? Today's actions raise many questions about the stability of the region and our policy towards South America.
