Evidence would suggest Optus didn't give a sh*t about the 000 outage. All the Executive were at home seemingly uninterested in unfolding events. At least the CEO should be sacked but the Board Chair Arthur had no insight into the failures and responsibility. #Estimates #Optus
It is wild that the 000 outage on Thursday went for 13 hours undetected.
Optus needs to find out not only how it happened, but how it went for a long time without them noticing. Surely logging and alerts should have picked something up.
