I do not know why people keep trying to enact the 25th to get rid of him. That requires JD Vance and the entire Cabinet to get in on dumping him. These are hard core sycophants. They are not going to turn on him. It will be easier to turn GOP in the Congress than to do this.

So it looks like the Senate will peel off the DHS funding and not vote on it, instead getting a 2-week CR for them, while the lights stay on for all other parts of the government. If in 2 weeks the Rs are still trying to let DHS run wild then Ds can just let them run out of money.
