Prior to the inauguration, I read “The Things We Cannot Say” by Kelly Rimmer. I was struck by this page in her book describing the entry into the USA of two German Jewish refugees. Poignant. I’ve reflected on it often in the past month and am just heartsick.

Of course ending birthright citizenship is blatantly unconstitutional. So is a third term in office.
