Lancashire’s Reform-run council plans to turf old ppl out closing 5 council-run care homes & 5 day centres to sell off the land for £4 million

And get this - a cabinet member owns a private care company with his wife so could make £’s from it

Sky News and the BBC repeatedly mention the "migrant crisis" in doing so they are normalising and legitimising far right talking points. There is no "migrant crisis", there is only migrant hysteria, which the British media is feeding into instead of countering.

The shelving of the Trans Pennine upgrade is a contradiction of Labour's striving for growth. The public has been promised the improvements for decades only to have the promises reneged upon. Starmer talks about levelling up. When will the public see these plans actually come to fruition.

Did you know that August 2025 saw the smallest number of small boats cross the Channel in an August since 2019?

The number of people arriving was the lowest in August since 2021.

And the last boats to arrive were on the 26th Aug.

The rolling 60 day average is lower than any year since 2021.

Are you looking at this, @teamlabouruk.bsky.social? Are you seeing what happens when you validate the nationalist right for short term political gain? Are you ashamed of not fighting them?

Angela Rayner accidentally pays less tax than she should have, resigns, and the media gives her hell.

Nigel Farage deliberately pays less tax than he should have, and the media gives him a free pass.

That, right there, is the problem.
