I met a bunch of cool people and learned so much and picked up so many new techniques & I'm excited to see how this knowledge will make me improve next!

I recently finished @paulscottcanavan.com ‘s mentorship course! I learned a lot and definitely felt like I leveled up :)

A little... mouse guy? With leaf wings looking very proud of himself. Two undead birds, one wearing armour, in a dark forest. A couple of background paintings for Daggerheart. One is a sprawling city at night with a couple of vagabonds in the corner, the other is a plains environment with a bright sunrise and a big... Creature. And Bedouin looking people who live in tents. Some of the 40+ Magic: the Gathering cards I have painted. I don't remember all of the names, ask me a question if you want a specific description! Some scenes for Dungeons & Dragons. A tiefling in a haunted shop, ghosts reflected in the mirror. A woman fending off werewolves in a burning city. A big... dwarf boss guy firing ice bolts while being attacked by heroes. A mushroom guy being tortured by a... Okay, I don't remember what these guys are called either. But he's having a rough time.

We visited a turtle sanctuary today and also met some lovely stray pups outside a bar. I have so many nice photos to share but here are some randoms ✌️
A TINY TURTLE. Being held by our guide. These guys are held for a few weeks to keep them safe before reintroducing them to the ocean. Me being a weirdo because I don’t know how to pose A street dog i met. I love her so much she was so fun Another turt - BIG turt this time. He didn’t love being held but they are very well cared for at this sanctuary

We visited the Dog Care Clinic today - a beautiful facility that looks after 300+ street dogs from around Sri Lanka.

They get vaccinated & treated here, and even rehomed to people over 50 (those people are paid a wage to look after them).

Check it out, it’s so lovely ❤️

I don’t know why he was there, but he was nervous and clearly wanted to defend his pot. I also loved him and would take him home (with the pot). Just a shrine covered in street dogs, innit. They were all very friendly and sweet.

So, I’m planning to finally do a playmat Kickstarter this year 👁️👄👁️

I have talked about it in the past but was never in a great place to actually deliver. My question to the #mtg fans: what would you like to see? Just my classics (Force of Negation, Rhystic etc) OR something new (a full land set??)
