Hollywood before giving Adrian Brody the Best Actor Award tonight at the #Oscars: Man, why isn't Adrian Brody in more stuff and winning more awards? He's obviously a brilliant actor. We even gave him Best Actor before!

Fun fact: in the almost twenty years I've been voting, this is the first time my first-preference candidate has gotten elected.

People are talking about Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, so it's time to repost the most unhinged slowed-down montage song of all time, from before that was even really a trend:

My reading ahead has reached Tony Isabella’s Daredevil run. It’s tempting to say time has not been kind to it, but then he was fired after five issues, so 1975 wasn’t that kind to it either.

For some reason I've decided to try rewatching 24. The pilot (which I missed the first time I watched) has so much Kim bullshit, right from the start.

NYPD Blue has a lot more scenes where characters are naked with female nipples barely obscured than I expected. Lot of Jimmy Smits butt too.

I don't think I've ever seen a show do this before? (From the second season premiere of Interview with the Vampire.)

I've liked Matthew Vaughn's movies in the past, but Argylle is a slog. A few laughs from Sam Rockwell, but almost every scene had me rolling my eyes.

After reading an article about the rise of “scammy AI generated book rewrites” in Wired, I looked up whether there was one of my book.

There was. And it is SO much worse than I could have imagined.

Incredibly annoying that it looks like The Boy and the Heron is playing at half a dozen cinemas in Dublin, and zero cinemas throughout the rest of the country.
