Well, this was a wonderful surprise this morning! I'm officially FLOORED by being on the final ballot for this year's World Fantasy Awards, Special Award, for my work with Fairwood Press. I'm outgunned by my amazing fellow nominees (congrats!!), but it's an honor.
Still no power and no clue when it'll be restored. Bored outta my skull now. I read until the light was too bad, worked on novel on laptop til almost dead. Now 80% phone battery all that's left, the last charges from my power bank depleted. Car stuck in garage, can't get the door open to go anywhere
