any day a new Tessa Gratton book releases is a good day! I generally struggle to read prequels of deceased characters (just hurts me as a hypersensitive person too much and unfortunately bittersweetness also manifests physically for me) but what is The High Republic if not pushing my boundaries 🙂↕️

just gonna put this out here in futile attempts of delusion, but if anyone deserves another novel post-The High Republic's main story, let it be Avar and Elzar. It could have interludes of the Firebrands flashbacks we've been asking for since this initiative kicked off. pretty please 🥺

it's been a month since Japan so here's my belated SWCJ haul/swag collection 🥹 thank you to everyone who was so kind to hand me something although I wasn't in cosplay (rep'ing THR in shirts though), to Lia for grabbing a comic for me, and to all fans & friends for the many wholesome conversations💛

can't distinguish whether I'm crying about Andor or the real world anymore, which is both a testament to this show and a reminder of how tragic and truly terrifying our reality and those who try to twist it are.

it is 2025. we really do not need to kill/bury our gays anymore, on-screen or off-screen. realistic depiction or not, the world we live in does not need this message to be reinforced.

thanks everyone for an amazing first day at SWCJ!! not many new publishing announcements which was a bummer but the High Republic fans in the audience were LOUD and the meet-up was so lovely. and I'm highly jealous of everyone who got to see Ryan Gosling live. See you all tomorrow ✨️
