Trump’s TikTok executive order is out - it directs the DOJ to promise app stores and services providers that it won’t enforce the law for 75 more days. The Internet in #Russia suffered a outage beginning at 14:00 UTC today (5pm in MSK) causing a massive drop in traffic for 30min.

The outage was reportedly caused by a glitch in Roskomnadzor's ТСПУ (Technical Measures to Combat Threats) - Russia's centralized censorship system.

It’s looking more likely that SCOTUS will be asked to resolve a circuit split involving Section 230. This week, the federal district court judge presiding over Anderson v. TikTok granted this motion.
