It’s been about 30 years since I was an Assistant U.S. Attorney. And maybe it’s just me, but I think I would remember telling my fellow prosecutors that we should ignore a court order and tell the court “fuck you.”

Gosh. If only there were an historical analogue we could study to learn about the horrors of rounding people up without due process and sending them to torture camps in other countries.

Republicans are selling their bill as tax cuts for everyone – but this is to hide how much it favors the wealthy. The wealthiest 20% receive 68% of benefits, while the poorest 20% receive 1%. Tell our reps we need a bill that fairly benefits everyone:
