Optimized LR White embedding of U2OS cells for immunogold labeling.
Quite tricky embedding, since it is necessary to find a suitable way of LR White polymerization and avoid oxygen. In this case, the resin polymerized in a capsule placed on a coverslip for three days at 50°C
