The Ford government's handling of the Skills Development Fund is exactly why we cannot trust them to take over our schools. Too often, this government has prioritized giving handouts to insiders rather than real investments in classrooms and students.

The way the deal was structured there was an incentive to do so.

You can’t deny that CUPE’s decision to defy the order gave it the leverage to get a deal.
