Really depends on the goals you have for the position. Admin work as a CV line item is not great.
Taking a leadership role because you believe you have the ability to better the conditions of those around you? I think that’s worth exploring. And it will take someone willing to cut their teeth a bit

I came really close to taking a very admin heavy position. Something changed at the last minute and I decided against it, and the instant I decided I was so relieved and felt like I had gotten away by the skin of my teeth.
