It's not a remarkable rebuke, it's a remarkable level of utter incompetence and lawlessness by the DOJ and its unqualified political hack prosecutors to even think it would work.

This kind of sneer feels remarkably out of character for Hank Green but I guess it's of the moment
I've been hearing people who are witnessing the impacts of AI on coding saying, "Aside from physical labor, the thing people should be focusing on is...mmm...I don't know what to call it..."

...and then they haltingly describe a liberal arts education.

If they can cut off the software for no valid reason once, they can do it again. Take this as a wakeup call not to settle.
Adobe appears to have reversed course on this. Animate is safe, at least for the immediate future.

Goldman to Lyons: "You said in your opening statement that references to ICE as 'the Gestapo' or 'secret police' encourages threats against ICE agents. The problem is you have it backwards. People are simply making valid observations about your tactics, which are un-American and outright fascist."

One of every thousand American residents has been taken into custody by ICE in the last year.
A stunning detail the ICE chief shared in this hearing that was supposed to be a brag, except it isn't: ICE has arrested 379,000 people between Jan. 2025-Jan. 2026 -- but only 8,700 were suspected gang members or known suspected terrorists.

That's 2%! www.huffpost.com/entry/latest...

Like 75% of the US Olympic curlers are from Minnesota. A lot of them curl out of two clubs in Saint Paul, one club is in Frogtown, a neighborhood that has been very heavily targeted by ICE. These curlers are good neighbors.
US Olympic Curling Team member speaks out against ICE:

"I'm proud to represent Team USA. But we'd be remiss if we didn't mention what's going on in Minnesota and what a tough time it's been. What's happening is wrong. There's no shades of gray."

@maximilianiras.bsky.social
