Really important to point out here that not only do they do this, but they argued in front of the Supreme Court that they can’t be asked to do things as simple as check the address or street name to try to prevent it. This is fine to them.

Most European countries have some good local food options but are limited in their options.
Food in the US is underrated because even smaller towns have a wider set of options from around the world and we’ve had it for so long that new unique fusions have arisen - Cajun, TexMex, BBQ, etc.

Even more so for Medicine. I have to submit a conflict of interest disclosure each year for myself and my spouse. They made a whole federal website to track any freebies a physician receives.

It always boggles my mind that I, a journalist, am expressly forbidden from trading stocks, but members of Congress, with vastly greater knowledge of market-moving news, are allowed to profit by front-running markets, and so may profit by in essence stealing from the public they represent.
