Here's an idea for the American healthcare system, subscription based defibrillators. Pay a monthly subscription for immediate shocks or listen to a few ads first for free access. You could tier the subscptions, higher subscription level, more shocks.

So, managed to fracture my elbow in two places, mangled my foot, buggered up my shoulder and gave myself whiplash. I've also noticed swelling to my leg around the calf, which incidentally, hurts like hell too, so something isn't right there either.

My 'You're over 30' advice is, eat the cake, all the cake and any other food you fancy.
my you're over 30 advice is that people who wouldn't make the choices you've made (e.g. not having kids, not getting married, not settling because "tick tock tick tock") are going to be the most vocal about your decisions
and these people can absolutely fuck the fuck off because it's not their life

EVRi, you're having a laugh mate! You've added £2.74 to the price due to my location, but expect me to travel for 90 minutes to drop it off at a specific Post Office!!!! If it was down to me I'd have used Royal Mail and taken it to my local Post Office, 7 minutes away, would be cheaper too.....
