I have to credit the Trump administration for their consistency. They've killed over 600,000 impoverished people abroad by cutting USAID and depriving them of food and medicine. Now they're doing their best to take food and medicine away from poor people in the US too.

If anything like the rule of law were in force, Trump couldn't arbitrarily increase a tariff because he is annoyed.

WOW. The lead plaintiff is a Latino man who's been here legally for 24 years. He was grabbed off the street by plainclothes federal agents who didn't even ASK about his status.
He was detained overnight and only released once a supervisor realized he had been illegally arrested.

I visited the apartment building ICE raided on Tuesday today. Story to come, but you can walk right in. Half of the apartments have no doors on them. Children's stuff abandoned in some flats. *Citizen* residents told me they were arrested and held for hours in zipties. This is America
