A guy from New Jersey who likes weird old cars. I’ve recently been around on Mastodon but checking it out here.
I’m good friends with someone who knows KAT well.

All reports are he’s the best.
Love you KAT.

Pretty good snow, but not exactly the storm of the century.

Third time shoveling today, nothing to do but drink beer now.

you can't drive cars if you're dead, either

this isn't and shouldn't be treated like a partisan or political issue—it's a survival one
stuff like this, etc

People don’t talk enough how as manufacturing declined “law enforcement” became a make work program for lightly connected townies.

Instead of putting them in a well paid factory gig we gave them guns and invented ever more positions and agencies to fill.

This may have been a mistake.
Most of this year's ICE budget comes from last year's reconciliation bill. House Democratic leaders discouraged its members from offering amendments eliminating that funding. Didn't want the party to come across as anti-ICE.

Aston Martin DBX circling the block looking for parking.

Time to pull the old valet windbreaker out of the closet.

If word got out that ICE officers were all roasting Donald Trump in a group chat he would abolish the agency by Tweet tomorrow.
Yet democratic leadership is afraid to even make the argument as these events unfold.

Cop worship has ruined the country.

Low key trying to convince my wife that buying this for $2000 then spending $5000 with our buddy for fun paint and rust repair is good idea (it’s not)

…do the Mets have a new font?
We have signed infielder Bo Bichette to a three-year contract with player options for the 2027 and 2028 seasons.

Welcome to Queens, Bo Bichette!

The Michelin Primacy Tour All Seasons are garbage in the cold.

Makes the Polestar trivially easy to oversteer in the snow.

Keep me away from parking lots.

A “future” episode of the Simpsons was on in the background, this throw away joke hit too hard.

“Remember they canceled Social Security”

‘I don’t know how that happened the senate has 99 Democrats’

“Yeah but that one Republican was just really good at getting what he wanted”.

Overheard some of my 14-15 year old students today “it’s his first social media since he was like 10 — he’s so bad at it!”

Kid I’ve had social media longer than you’ve been alive and I assure you I’m worse than your friend.

Messing around on the Saab tonight and found my u-joint socket adapter and socket still attached to my shock mount from when I did the shocks last spring.

It’s only wedged itself in tighter. It should make it real easy for the next person to do the job.

I implore my fellow Dems not to overthink this. You can just say - I’m against the government shooting people in the face for no good reason. This is not hard. Same with the ludicrous invasion of Greenland. Democrats are anti-invasion of Greenland bc it’s the dumbest thing ever. Be ruthlessly blunt.
New CNN polling:

Most Americans see an immigration officer’s fatal shooting of Renee Good as an inappropriate use of force. Roughly half view it as a sign of broader issues with the way ICE is operating, w/under 1/3 saying that ICE operations have made cities safer.

This might be a local thing but it still makes me feel old.

At some point in the last 5 years students have decided that school lockers are too hard.

They carry around two backpacks and universally do not use their lockers.
