Easy four miles and some kettlebells today… Next week marks 15 years vegan. With all the noise these days about toxic masculinity, carnivore diets, and testosterone obsession, I can’t help but laugh. Roman gladiators thrived on barley, beans, and vegetables—go figure. #vegan #NorCal #trailrunning

On Jan 6 lawless thugs attacked the Capitol. 138 officers (73 Capitol Police and 65 Metropolitan Police) were injured, some very severely. Five people died because of the violence of the attack. The thugs were doing Trumps bidding.
