Easy four miles and some kettlebells today… Next week marks 15 years vegan. With all the noise these days about toxic masculinity, carnivore diets, and testosterone obsession, I can’t help but laugh. Roman gladiators thrived on barley, beans, and vegetables—go figure. #vegan #NorCal #trailrunning
