One of the things they don’t tell you about transitioning is you get on T and you do start sneezing Like That
my father's sneezes are loud enough that they once woke my baby from two floors away. I'm aging into his power

So much of "cancel culture" discourse is a re-description of the normal functioning of a democracy and public discourse by people who didn't like the results of one, or both, or how it made them feel.
Saying that someone doesn’t deserve to be a senator isn’t canceling them, that is the public opinion candidates are subject to in a democracy.

Going to see Mumford and Sons tonight. Also saw them October 2019. Forever chasing the feeling of removing the plastic on the newly released Babel deluxe edition CD and listening to it in my dorm room

I wondered why I was still barely into Saving Time after the better part of a year but I picked it up and tried again and it’s because of The Horrors. Having to confront The Horrors in print sends me into a spiral every 5 pages or so.

Got my D&D party trying to piece together the events of a haunted keep from different fragments of text. They started to figure out today that they might be talking about two separate events. A good time had by all.

I said “where is the recent protest music?” So I went looking for it and I’m pleased to report there’s been a real boom of explicitly political music in 2025. I wonder if there’s been anything going on this year to inspire a bunch of new music?

Anyway, in the same meeting we had a mock debate about different bison mascot costumes as a team building activity. The spirit of debate took over my body and I’m not sure I’ll ever live down saying our assigned mascot was “objectively hot” in front of all my colleagues.
