how to avoid this: quickly disable Face/TouchID on iOS with 5 taps of the power button. ideally, disable it entirely and use a passcode - unlike face/finger, cops can’t force you to provide it

ICE's decision to just leave cars abandoned in the roads is one of those dystopian things that makes you recoil in shock when you encounter it.

I like that the second I turned 40 I’ve been bombarded by health startups and products targeted towards hormone testing for perimenopausal symptoms. Which are all of the symptoms of cptsd anyway, and I thought there was no consistent way of testing hormones??? idk
