Yesterday’s drive to work in the snow was the closest I’ve ever come to crashing. I hit black ice on the dual carriageway and completely lost control. For a moment, all I could think was, “You’ve just got to let it happen. There’s nothing you can do now.”

Watching the final episode of Jonathan Creek. We’ve made it through them all, and honestly, the later ones really lost the plot. It was never quite the same after Caroline Quentin left as his sidekick (though we did like Sheridan Smith).

Trying to rehome my cheese plant that’s outgrown us. Agreed to give it to a local lady on Facebook who’s since ghosted, while 24 others wait in limbo. Love that for everyone involved!
