Sex scenes are almost never "gratuitous" or "unnecessary." You learn things about characters and relationships during sex that you can't really learn any other way, such as whether they're into fisting.

Sad to hear about the passing of the Michelangelo of Movie posters, RENATO CASARO. The Man painted so many iconic posters, specially in the 70s/80s: CONAN, TERMINATOR, DUNE, TOTAL RECALL, DANCE WITH THE WOLVES, BLOW OUT, FLASH GORDON, RAMBO, NEVER-ENDING STORY, and the list goes on and on. 1/2

The Guardian, as usual is missing crucial differences between the EU’s ID cards and Starmer’s proposed Brit card, why?
Because they are shockingly ill-informed.

I don't like this one bit.
Everyone’s like HE’S SYMPATHETIC LIKE IN THE BOOK, READ THE BOOK, MEDIA LITERACY IS DEAD but… the creature kills innocent people in the book. Not in the film though! GDT strips that out to protect his moral purity, a flattening of the material by which the film fails to achieve greatness.
