the signal app removing sms support right before aosp removed its open source messaging app seems like it's gonna be a problem.

bluesky's "check the website" style of verification is by far so much more helpful. it means, say, sag-aftra could let actors be verified by letting them make their username something like @ name @ sagaftra.org

Indeed I get the frustration with pricing of plant-based vegan meats. But this is a good reminder that this is also a result of systemic food policy issues.

Plant-based meat companies are not getting levels of subsidies and USDA check off funds like Big Meat gets which helps lowers their prices.
