Rolled credits on #ffviii tonight! Low-level playthrough was pretty fun, although Squall ended up at level 30ish when all was said and done. Might be my favorite FF game despite how silly and Jason X the plot gets in the late game.

Just made it to disc 3. Those boss battles at the end of disc two are kinda tough! I had to actually cast some magic 😯 Squall is level 11. Playing on the Vita is an absolute delight. #ffviii

Couldn't find the right USB cables, but was able to find this pretty solid mobile phone controller at a junk shop in Akihabara. Back in business!

Well I'm in Tokyo and my PS Vita shit the bed and needed a factory reset. I can't log in to the Playstation Network because of 2-factor auth and not being able to receive texts. I am committed to playing some FFVIII on travel days, but need will have to do so on my phone instead 🫤
