I need everybody to read this and understand what’s going on. These are spouses of US citizens in the country legally. They have entry clearance and green cards, they’ve passed background checks and have no criminal records. ICE is taking them anyway.

This reclassification of degrees could restrict students’ access to higher federal loan limits, making public health & related fields financially unattainable & weaken the workforce pipeline. This will strain sectors already suffering from staffing shortages, placing them out of reach for many.

Past is prologue.

In 1933, during the Great Depression, a group of wealthy businessmen tried to overthrow the US government and install a fascist dictator to protect their own interests.

And everything that led to it feels way too familiar right now.

This is not a history lesson, it’s a warning.

Any “deal” that ends with Dems just getting a pinky promise in return is a mistake.

The American people are suffering because Republicans refuse to stop healthcare costs from skyrocketing. An agreement that doesn’t fix that reality falls massively short.

Medicare for All would save $450B a year.

Every dollar spent on food stamps generates $1.50-$1.80 in economic activity.

Each dollar going to low-wage workers adds $1.20 to the economy overall.
