I have given reporting my all. My everything. I have sacrificed huge amounts of time, moments I'll never get back. Still I have faced lay off after lay off. I work hard and am laid off for my efforts. But I am not done with Jan. 6. No matter how badly some may want to just keep pushing past it.

It seems increasingly unlikely that I will be able to pursue a job as a full-time reporter covering Jan. 6 or the Justice Department's investigation of Jan. 6 but I will do everything I can in my off hours to continue pursuing this beat. It's been 2 years. I am not done.
