And this is why the world is the way it is. A peace-keeping force would not be potentially fighting Hamas on Israel's behalf. It would potentially be fighting Hamas to keep the peace on behalf of the people of Gaza.

And this is why the world is the way it is. A peace-keeping force would not be potentially fighting Hamas on Israel's behalf. It would potentially be fighting Hamas to keep the peace on behalf of the people of Gaza.

I never want to relativize war and mass killing and it would feel irresponsible to do so in the midst of it, but the keys to peace were always in Hamas' hands and remain so, and Israel always had a right to defend itself from people who would commit pogroms. That is literally the point of Israel
