Incidentally - the entire NMS Ceefax recreation has been going for over 10 years now. Yeah. Seriously.
The Pages from Ceefax live stream has now been running for a full year - as of about 5pm (GMT).

Super pleased to say the PFC livestream has just crossed 500 likes. Which works out to somewhere around 1.2 likes per day.

More things should be controlled via teletext datacast packets, I say...
Not everything has to be connected to the internet. In fact, life would be better if more things weren't.

My latest video is looking inside a 32² matrix from Pro-Bel.

I promise I'm not only going to be looking at routers! Just so happens to be what I've been working on this week.

You asked for it many times, it's finally here.

You can now switch TV channels between BBC1 and Channel 4, the latter of which will now let you play Bamboozle!

Long shot, but would anyone happen to have the control/config software for a Probel Halo 32x32 SDI matrix around somewhere? Can't seem to find it online anywhere.

I’m sure I speak for all television presentation website owners when I say this: we run our sites in our spare time. We do it because we care, not because it’s our job. We add the material we actually have, when we have time to do it.

Please don’t tell us how to run our websites.

so the question is, should I recreate Aertel to go with NMS Ceefax???
[January 14th, 1986] RTE launched its free teletext service, "Aertel," today with experimental transmissions on both channels until mid-February. The service provides news, weather, financial reports, and sports results. Viewers need a teletext decoder to pick up the Channel 1 service.

Looking inside an early 80s BBC Audio link transmitter. It transmits on 859.8 (or 854.5) MHz, at around 12 watts.

The show continues on Pages From Ceefax. You can still keep an eye on the news, weather and football scores - great for background use.

Stream has been up for nearly a year now, if I can hold it together.

Last couple of hours of Christmas music on Pages From Ceefax.

I can't tell what time it will officially "switch over" at, simply because I haven't decided and it depends on what else I'm up to tomorrow. Assume late evening anyway.

This isn't news to regular users of my online teletext viewer as it's been online for ages, but one of the channels has a service from this evening 40 years ago.
This was recovered from a VHS tape and every page painstakingly repaired and turned back into a packet stream
