Great to see, that this exciting paper by @ninahartrampf.bsky.social has found a nice home at JACS. SynTags enable the synthesis of difficult peptide sequences and can be easily cleaved off in the end to give the unmodified peptide or a NCL substrate. pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/...
