One of my most wanted games this week is Death In Abyss. Like 60% Devil Daggers, 20% Star Fox, 20% aquatic horror. Again, excellent demo and my only concern for the full game is that it's going to kick my arse all the way to Davy Jones' locker.

Santa Ragione are a well-known studio, covered by a great many mainstream outlets. Their latest game will not be releasing on Steam for... reasons? Steam won't tell them why, won't tell them what needs fixing, and won't communicate in general.

Rolled credits on it and really liked the game. The pacing felt off at times with sudden mood changes but I adored the sense of adventure and wonder. The light hearted comedy at times got me quite attached to the characters. Left me wanting to see and learn more of the world.

Ooh, just had my first proper taste of Sektori, and can confirm what the other arcade sickos have been saying: This is a juicy, refined take on a Geometry Wars'y shooter.

Similar roguelite brawler structure, but it goes heavier on both sides of the equation. Some nice crunchy stat stuff, but also technical, combo-heavy combat
