I doubt this will work. The 11th circuit ordered Judge Cannon to have this issue RESOLVED in 90 days time, which expires January 2nd. So unless she wants to rule on Trump’s motion to intervene and hear all argument by then, she can’t really delay past January 2nd here unless the 11th circuit allows
