Used Gemini to transcribe a source call for the first time and it is much more sensitive than Otter: it caught me saying “Mhm” 71 times in an hour. I was a little self conscious about verbal tics before, but now that they’ve been quantified… 😭 The word “Yeah” is in the transcript 245 times!!

Union contracts cannot be changed by executive orders. That’s not a thing. The problem with just litigating this stuff is, management will just stop adhering to the contract in practice. The solution is to stop working.
