Years ago, I was so poor that I didn’t buy anything I couldn’t eat. Now, I can afford to donate to charities, but, for now, I’m once again only giving money to those organizations who feed people. People are hungry.

I try to sound measured about this but I actually want to scream in a lot of people's faces. The mayor is deliberately ignoring so many experts to appeal to the barely concealed libidinal cruelty of business dorks and it's so fucking cowardly and awful and BUMBLINGLY INEFFECTIVE AND SELF-DEFEATING

The vet is pretty certain that Crowley has FeLV - feline leukemia virus. Since he was a stray, I'm told it's not really surprising and he likely contracted before we found him. It just decided to rear its ugly head now. Thank you to everyone who's been able to help so far. I am so touched.

The vet is pretty certain that Crowley has FeLV - feline leukemia virus. Since he was a stray, I'm told it's not really surprising and he likely contracted before we found him. It just decided to rear its ugly head now. Thank you to everyone who's been able to help so far. I am so touched.
