I love to cook, garden, traveling, go to movies,read, computer,dine out, walk around town, go hiking, camping, or just sit and relax at home...
I'm not a therapist, but as a WRAP facilitator and a peer support group facilitator, I would *never* give instructions on stopping any meds. I may share my exp with my meds if asked but I would be crossing a line to encourage someone into a life changing med decision.

A very poignant article by a fellow bereaved parent in yesterday’s Times. So much of it resonates & also the desire to want to give them a massive hug. Christmas is hard. It won’t ever be easy but you will get stronger. (This will be our 12th Christmas without Edward, who died when he was 4) #grief
