Sixty years ago today, Medicare and Medicaid were signed into law - securing health care for millions and saving countless lives. As GOP politicians try to tear them down, it's up to us to protect and expand these programs for Americans who rely on them today and for future generations.

They obviously have zero evidence of any criminal activity. But even if they did, the Supreme Court already ruled in the Trump immunity case that a president is immune from prosecution for any official acts. Oh well.

Being in tech and having a single modicum of critical thinking is just screaming "this isn't what LLMs are designed for" over and over as people shove a bunch of word predictors into critical decision making processes because some glorified used car salesmen told them it would fix all their problems

I've had this exact same issue. Most US ethnicity forms only have options like "Native", "Asian", "African American", "Pacific Islander". "Hispanic" and "White". There's rarely an "other" category. If you ask, you're told to just pick the closest. This article is just laundering racism.

It's clear what they're trying to do with this headline. They know the right will jump to the conclusion he picked a race he's not to unfairly benefit from DEI. In reality, those forms are dumb as hell. They basically consider Indians Asian, and if you look black then you become "African American".
