Great few days with our brilliant @nattrustarch.bsky.social team. For the record I was team outdoors 🌧☔️🌬🥶
Our team has been at Attingham - our first full team meeting since 2024. Workshops included sessions on GIS, significance, industrial heritage & research projects. Some braved the weather to explore the estate, while others opted for the 'indoor' tour!

We're delighted to spend a few days in each other's company on the Attingham Estate and around Shrewsbury for a CPD session.

Yesterday we refreshed ourselves on the use of Geographical Information Systems (GIS), which support how we care for our places, followed by a walking tour of Shrewsbury.

During November 2025, we shared some of our recent work at Chartwell. This included the creation of two 3D models by @artfletch.bsky.social & some very distinctive artefacts found by the Garden team - three metal disks, labelled 'Pol Roger &Co' found in a disused drain 🍾🥂

Happy birthday to us!

Our founders – Octavia Hill, Robert Hunter and Hardwicke Rawnsley – believed that nature, beauty and history were for everyone. On this day in 1895, they set up the National Trust and we're proud to continue their work today.

Thank you to all those who support what we do.
